Part two of the recap of the NU-gathering at @lamaisonquichante, the rural retreat of @halewijnlievens and his partner in northern France. Surrounded by nature, it was the ideal place to pause, reflect on NU’s values, and look at how we work and grow together. With the guidance of Wouter Vervecken and Bert Vandenbussche, we dove into themes of leadership, constructive feedback, and respecting each other’s boundaries in a demanding work environment. We strolled through the rolling landscapes (sometimes chased by curious cows), enjoyed slow breakfasts in the sun, and wrapped up the days with long dinners and campfire chats. We return with new energy, fresh perspectives, and plenty of inspiration for what lies ahead.
